Tower Bridge

Tower Bridge is a bridge in London which crosses the River Thames. The engineer was Sir John Wolfe Barry and the architect was Sir Horace Jones.

It has a couple of special features which make the bridge a bit different:

• There is a walkway across the top
• The bridge opens to let boats through
• It is a suspension bridge
