Autumn

From My Second Brain

Autumn is one of the four seasons, it comes after summer and before winter.

We know it's autumn as the temperature starts feeling cooler, the days get shorter, the colours on the leaves change to bright yellows, reds and oranges and then start to fall. You'll also start noticing conkers and acorns, pine cones, sycamore seeds on the floor around trees.

Similar to this there will be fruit available to harvest like blackberries, elderberries, apples, pears, raspberries and rhubarb.

During autumn some animals start storing food and hibernate to conserve energy.

Autumn is in September, October and November each year.
