Angry

From My Second Brain

We feel angry when something unkind or unfair happens.

When we are angry, we might:

  • want to stomp our feet
  • cry
  • want to shout or scream
  • find that our stomach feels tight or twisted
  • find that our face feels hot and red.

Sensations we may feel when we're angry

  • heart beating faster
  • our skin feels hot and looks red
  • our stomach feels tight
  • feeling fidgety and not able to sit still
