We feel angry when something unkind or unfair happens.
When we are angry, we might:
- want to stomp our feet
- cry
- want to shout or scream
- find that our stomach feels tight or twisted
- find that our face feels hot and red.

- our skin feels hot and looks red
- our stomach feels tight
- feeling fidgety and not able to sit still
